WHAT: Station Middle School Winter Running Club!
WHEN: 3:45 - 5:00pm on Tuesdays starting 12/03
WHERE: Meet in Mr. Toerpe's room (Run Outside)
WHY: To help support athletes in growing their endurance by completing distance runs in a fun and social environment. Athletes will also learn stretches and strengthening exercises to further develop their running stamina. This can help you meet your goals in the upcoming Track season, next year's Cross Country season, or just to grow in your love of running!

There will be an activity bus at 5pm for athletes that need transportation. Please note that we will run outside, so athletes should wear long athletic pants, long sleeves, sweatshirts or running jackets, and light hats/gloves are highly recommended. We look forward to seeing many of you soon! A current sports physical is required to be on file.

Our thoughtful staff considers the whole child and works to create an environment that is challenging and supportive, while providing students with ongoing feedback. We pride ourselves in establishing a welcoming environment for all families and maintaining open lines of communication. What do I love about Station? Well, I could go on and on about the staff, the awesome friendships I've made, the sports and clubs that keep life at Station exciting, or the learning culture that we cultivate here. But really, it's the amazing students that make me love my job the most. There's no place like it!
